*Members who sign-up during the promotional period will be charged the trendsetter promotional rate of $109 per month for 1 year from sign-up date. A 90-day commitment is required with the trendsetter rate. After 90 days you will be able to cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. After the promotional period ends new sign-up memberships will be subject to the adjusted rate.
*Both Dual and Family memberships must be from the same household to qualify. Proof of residency is required.

Renewed every month. A 30-day cancellation notice is required and cannot be cancelled within the first month.
